The Air Jordan 6 “Bordeaux” is a special colorway of Michael Jordan’s sixth signature shoe that’s dressed in a familiar color scheme to another iconic Air Jordan style. The shoe in question is the Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux,” an original colorway of the retro performance basketball shoe worn by Michael during the 1991-92 NBA season with the Chicago Bulls. Released in September 2021, the modern “Bordeaux” is part of the Air Jordan 6’s 30-year anniversary. The upper is complete with a grey synthetic nubuck base that features perforations on both sides. Contrasting black overlays break up the look. Bordeaux accenting comes into play on the neoprene tongue with black Jumpman branding and on the spoiler on the heel. “Air Jordan” detailing is found on the semi-translucent tongue tab. A black Jumpman is embroidered on the heel. The signature geometric pattern of the Jordan 7 is found printed on the inner side of the tongue. True to the original Air Jordan 6, a visible Air bubble can be found in the heel of the grey and black midsole. Release date: September 4, 2021
